What is therapy?

I offer a safe, confidential and respectful setting in which to explore your feelings and experiences. These may include anxieties that are making it difficult to enjoy life, work and relationships, or particularly complex and challenging situations.

Finding a trained and experienced counsellor or psychotherapist who can listen and understand can bring relief and in the majority of cases, it gradually becomes possible to understand what makes you feel as you do and to see a way through.
